This article explains how to schedule a report to automatically generate on a recurring basis and deliver via email. Reports can be scheduled to deliver to the email address associated with the user logged in, or to any Manager-level user in the selected client portal.


1) Click Reports in the navigation menu at the top and then choose the Email Report Set Up option on the left.

2) Use the Select Report dropdown menu to choose a report.   

3) If you have saved custom settings for the selected report, you can use the Report Settings dropdown menu to select them. If you do not have settings saved, or you want to use the default settings, skip this field.

 4) Use the Report File Type dropdown menu to choose a file format for the report.

5) Choose how often you want to receive the report.

6) Click the calendar icon next to the Start Date field and then select the date on which you want to begin receiving the report.


7) In the Start Time field, type the time of day at which you want to receive the report.


8) In the Recur Every field, enter a number for how often you want to receive the report. Example: To schedule the report for every day or every week, enter 1. To schedule the report bi-weekly or for alternating (every other) days, enter 2. 


9) If scheduling a Weekly report, mark the checkbox(es) next to the days of the week on which you want to receive the report.


10) Reports can be scheduled for yourself (the user currently logged in) or for any Manager-level user with access to the portal. To schedule the report to send to a user other than the user currently logged in, select the Other User option.


11) When Other User is selected, the File Recipient dropdown menu will display. 

Use the dropdown menu to select from a list of Manager-level users that exist in the portal.
12) Click the Save button to finalize your selections.


A message will display near the top of the page that the report was scheduled successfully. 

A report schedule(s) must be created for each user individually; if you want multiple users to receive the same scheduled report, repeat this process for each user.


Email Report Details at the bottom of the page displays a list of all scheduled reports.


To edit or delete a report schedule, click an icon in the Action column for the report schedule you want to modify.
