When an employee no longer works at the company associated 

with a portal, their profile should be made inactive. 

Deactivating the employee’s profile ensures that they can no 

longer access the system and will also prevent their name from 

displaying on various pages in the portal. When an employee’s 

profile is made Inactive, timecards will no longer be generated for 

that employee.
