The Employee Data page contains the individual Profile for each

employee that exists in your client portal. 


Employee Profiles display the employees' personal information, as

well as any credentials or numbers that are used for the mobile

app, web portal, and physical clocks.

Managers may add punches manually for an employee for a whole

day. The punch types on the timecard must be entered correctly for

the employee's paid and unpaid hours to calculate accurately.

Most of the time, profiles for new employees are

automatically created in the portal when Timerack receives the

information from integrated Assignments.


There are cases in which new employee data must be "accepted"

into the portal by a Manager or Partner user. Reasons for this may

include error(s) with the employee's Card Number or having

multiple variations of a particular Policy, such as Pay Period,

Overtime or Rounding.
