Portal 

  • Rolled back User > Employee Assignment to pre 12/18 release (Non-Assignment Based Security functions). The 12/18 update was not showing a user all of the employees the user should have access to. 


  • Added the ability to add Net Lunch Deduction rules when configuring a lunch policy. Net Lunch automatically extends lunch time to a configurable lunch duration rather than calculating lunch time based on exact punch lengths. Read more in our article Configure a Lunch Policy.


  • Fixed an issue with the Timecard Approvals tab displaying even if this feature was not turned on for the portal.


Reports

  • Added the ability to sort automated email reports by Employee Name (alphabetical by last name).


  • Made adjustments to the Partner Usage Report, adding three additional columns: Activation Date, Deactivation Date, and Email Approvals.
    • To access the Partner Usage Report, navigate to Reports from your Partner page, Select "Partner Client Information" from the menu on the left side, and then select the sub-tab "Monthly Usage"
