This article explains how to configure a portal integrated with Zenople.


About the integration

Activation

Before a new Partner/Staffing Agency can go live in Timerack, the API connection must be set up by Aqore. This process begins by Timerack Onboarding emailing both of the below Aqore contacts requesting a URL for the new Partner.

Once Aqore has set up the Partner and provided a URL, Timerack Onboarding must raise a ticket to the Timerack Product team containing the Timerack Partner ID (PID) and the URL provided by Aqore so that dev can add the URL into Timerack.


This article on the Aqore knowledge base describes how to add the Timerack Client Key to assignments in Zenople so that they are sent to Timerack.


Assignments 

Assignment data syncs to Timerack in five minute batches.

Errors with data will appear in 'Imported New Employees and Assignments' as is done with other ATS integrations. 


Payroll

If the portal is connected to Zenople, the Aqore Payroll Report in Timerack has a 'Send to Zenople' button which sends the batch to a queue in Zenople. Users can also download the file and import into Zenople manually.
