Punch
1) Use the keypad to enter the employee number provided to you by your employer. | |
2) Tap the button for what you want to do. | |
3) You may be prompted to complete a survey. Tap the circle next to your desired response(s) and then tap the Next button to continue. | |
4) If you are assigned to only one job or department, you will be prompted to confirm your punch. If you are punching in and are assigned to more than one job or department, you will be prompted to choose which one to punch in to. Continue to the next step. | |
5) Tap the applicable item to select it. If you are required to make additional selections, a Next button will display. Tap the Next button to continue to the next menu. | |
6) When complete, a Submit button will display. Tap the Submit button to complete your punch. | |
You will be logged out automatically. |
Switch to a different Assignment (Transfer)
If you are punched in and you need to switch to a different job or department (Assignment), use the Transfer button. Transfer allows you to switch to a different assignment while staying punched in.
1) Enter your employee number. | |
2) If you are currently punched in and have more than one job or department assigned to you, a Transfer button will be available. Tap Transfer to open the selector. | |
3) Tap the applicable item to select it. If you are required to make additional selections, a Next button will display. Tap the Next button to continue to the next menu. | |
4) When complete, a Submit button will display. Tap the Submit button to complete your transfer. | |
You will be logged out automatically. |
