This article explains how to turn on the cellular data feature that your company has purchased for a kiosk. 


Before you begin: Verify that the device is connected to the internet and is in a location where cellular signal is available. Cellular service must be activated by Timerack Support prior to completing the steps in this article.

1) Navigate to the home screen and then tap the Settings icon.

2) If cellular service has been activated by Timerack for the device, a notification to Finish Setting Up Cellular will appear at the top of the navigation menu in Settings. It can take some time after activation for this notification to appear; if it does not appear, power the device off and then power it on again.

Tap the notifcation to begin cellular setup.


DO NOT USE the Select Carrier menu in the Cellular Data section.
3) A message will display Activate eSIM. Tap the Continue button to proceed. 
4) Wait for the Activation to process.
5) When activation is successful, the message Cellular Setup Complete will display. Tap the Done button to exit the setup process.
6) Verify that the Cellular Data toggle is in the On position.
An Active Cellular Plan will display, and signal bars will appear in the upper right of the screen.
