1) Copy the file attached at the bottom of this article (file name: emfw.cfg) to a USB flash drive.
Before copying, ensure that no other files ending in ".cfg" are stored on the drive.
2) Insert the USB drive into the USB port on the left side of the clock. Wait for the USB icon
to appear in the upper right corner of the screen to confirm that the USB drive is connected.
3) Press the M/⏎ button to access the Main Menu.
4) Use the arrow buttons above the fingerprint and badge reader to navigate to System and then press the OK button to select it.

5) Navigate to USB Upgrade and then press the OK button to select it.
| 6) Navigate to Upgrade Firmware and then press the OK button to select it. |  |
7) A message will display that firmware has successfully been upgraded. Press the OK button to reboot the device. |  |
