Timerack's TR905 clock has a biometric feature which allows employees to use fingerprints to punch in and out. If the Self-Enrollment feature is enabled, employees can enroll their own fingerprints in the clock without the assistance of a manager or clock admin. It is recommended that each employee enroll at least two (2) of their fingerprints.

This article explains how to self-enroll fingerprints on a TR905 clock.

1) Press the button displaying Self-Enrollment.

2) Verify your identity by using the keypad to type your Card Number.

3) Press the OK button to submit.

 4) Verify that your name is displayed, and then use the arrow buttons to select OK.

Press the OK button to submit.

5) Use the arrow buttons to navigate to a finger to enroll and then press the OK button to select it.

6) You will be prompted to press the selected finger to the reader three (3) times.

Keep your finger flat and centered on the reader and press firmly for at least two (2) seconds.

After three successful presses, an Enrolled Successfully message will display along with a green checkmark.

7) You will be prompted to enroll an additional fingerprint. Use the arrow buttons to select Yes and then press the OK button to submit.

8) After enrolling a minimum of two (2) fingerprints, choose No when prompted to register the next one.

The home screen will display when No is submitted.
