Employee pay category mapping will allow you to assign different pay categories to an employee in their employee data. This will restrict employees to only clock into the pre-designated pay categories assigned to the employee when they clock in via their web portal or mobile app. Once this option is selected, there will be an hour glass icon displayed next to the pay category drop down menus in each employee's data profile. When this hour glass icon is clicked in the employee's profile, a pop up window will appear allowing you to select the pay categories an employee will be able to clock into.
