If this option is selected, employee level mapping allows you to assign different sub-levels to an employee in their employee data. This will restrict employees to only clock into the pre-designated levels assigned to the employee when they clock in via their web portal or mobile app. Once this option is selected, there will be an hour glass icon displayed next to the level drop down menus in each employee's data profile. When this hour glass icon is clicked in the employee's profile, a pop up window will appear allowing you to select the levels an employee will be able to clock into.
