This article is for Manager users and explains how to manage employee requests for time off.
1) Click Timecard in the navigation menu at the top and then choose the Time Off Request option on the left.
2) Ensure that the Time Off Request option is selected.
3) By default, the list will display Pending requests. Requests that are Pending have not yet been Approved or Denied.
Use the Search feature to view requests submitted by a specific employee.
Use the dropdown menus to filter requests by Status or Pay Type.
4) Click the Fetch button to retrieve the Search results.
5) Use the dropdown menu in the Status column to select Approved or Denied status to apply to the request.
6) Notes can be entered in the Manager Comments field. Manager Comments are visible to Employee Users.
7) Click the Update button at the bottom of the list to complete your changes.
A message will display near the top of the page that the request(s) was updated successfully.
Click the Clear button to remove the selected Search criteria. |
