This article explains how to submit a request for time off in the web portal.


1) In a web browser, go to the Timerack login page.

2) Select the Employee login type.

3) Enter the email address and password associated with your Timerack account.

4) Click Login.

5) Select Time Off Request on the left navigation menu.


6) Use the Leave Type dropdown menu to choose a type of leave to request.


7) Click each of the calendar icons to select a start date and end date for your time off. 


8) Use the Hours Per Day field to specify how many hours of leave to request per day. To request 8 hours per day, enter 08:00 


9) To add a message for your manager, type in the Notes fieldAdding a note is optional 

10) Click Submit to send the request.


A message will display at the top of the page that the request was submitted successfully.


To view your submitted Leave Request(s), scroll down and find the Request Status option. 

Click the double-arrow icon to expand the section.
