Punch
When you approach the kiosk, you should see a number keyboard with a space to enter Employee ID.
1) Enter the number provided by your company and then tap the arrow to submit.
A name will display at the top of the next screen. If the name is not yours, tap Log out in the upper right to return to the keypad and re-enter your number.
If the name is still not correct or you receive an error message after re-entering your number, contact your manager. ![]() |
2) When you enter your number correctly, punch options will display. Tap the one that you need.
3) If you work multiple assignments or departments, you may be asked to choose which one to punch in to.
Tap an assignment to select it and then tap Next to submit.
A confirmation message will display when your punch is successful. | ![]() |
Switch to a different Assignment (Transfer)
If you are punched in to one assignment and you need to switch to a different one, choose the Transfer option. Transfer will allow you to switch to a different assignment while remaining punched in.
1) Enter the number provided by your company and then tap the arrow to submit.
2) Tap Transfer.
3) Tap an assignment to select it and then tap Next to submit.
A confirmation message will display when your transfer is successful. | ![]() |
