This article explains how to access the Employee Data section of the portal and find a specific Employee Profile.
Timekeeping data is stored in the Timecard section. To learn how to access and manage timecards, check out these articles.
Navigate to Employee Data
There are four ways to navigate to Employee Data from the Dashboard:
1) Select Timecard in the navigation menu at the top and then select the Employee Data option on the left
2) Type in the Search in the upper right to display a dropdown list of matching employee names. Click on a name to go directly to that Employee Profile.
3) Click on All Employees in the center of the circle
4) Click on Employees in the Quick List on the left
Find a specific Employee Profile
A specific Employee Profile can be found by using the Search feature or the dropdown list.
Search by name or Employee ID
Search is located in the upper right of the Employee Data page:
1) Type the employee's Employee ID number, first name or last name in the entry spaces.
Click the Advanced button to display additional search criteria.
If the employee you’re looking for is not active, mark the In-Active checkbox to include inactive employee profiles in the results.
2) Click any Fetch button to perform the search.
3) If there are multiple records that match the search criteria, a window will appear containing a list of the matching records. Click the Select button to generate the results.
Locate employee using the dropdown employee list
The dropdown employee list is located above the Search feature in the upper right of the Employee Data page.
Employee list displays alphabetically by last name.
Active and In-Active checkboxes marked will determine which employees are visible in the dropdown list when results are generated. Inactive employees will appear with an asterisk (*) beside their name. |
