By default, Avionté is set up to recognize the following values from the Timerack payroll import file: Reg, OT, and DT.


This article explains how Timerack clients can map additional pay codes in Avionté Back Office so that they will be recognized when included in the payroll file from Timerack.

1) Navigate to Admin Tools 


2) Select Import Export Mapping


3) Select the Mapping Type Data tab



4) Locate TimeRack Mapping under Group Description



5) When a file is imported with new values, new line items will appear in the lower half of the page under Source System Value.



Source System Value: Value from imported file


Recommended Value: Avionté's recommendation for the Mapped Value. This may or may not pre-populated and is not required. 


Mapped Value: Value to which the imported item will be mapped


In the Mapped Value field, click on the blue arrow to select the value to which the new item should be mapped in Avionte.
