Timerack kiosk’s operating system has a security feature which prevents users from closing an app and from switching between apps. When the device is in this mode, a passcode is required to access the home screen and other device functions.  Since the Timerack app should continuously remain active, enabling this feature is recommended.

This article explains how to set up, enter, and exit Guided Access mode on Timerack Kiosk.
