Users with Manager access to the portal may be granted the ability to approve employee timecards. 


This article explains how to approve one timecard at a time. To approve multiple timecards at once, see Manager Approval of Multiple Timecards.


1) Select Timecard in the navigation menu at the top and then select Timecard on the left navigation menu.

2) Use the Search feature to look up the employee or click on the employee's name in the list on the left.Graphical user interface, application

3) Verify that the correct Pay Period is selected.  Use the dropdown menu above the timecard to view a different Pay Period.

4) Mark the Manager Approval checkbox

Notes entered in the Comments box will be visible in the Timecard Log.Graphical user interface, application, table, Excel

5) Click the Save button below the timecard to submit approval.

6) A timestamp will appear below the Manager Approval checkbox noting the date and time that the timecard was approved. 

 A blue checkmark will appear next to the employee’s name in the list on the left.
