This article explains how to use Employee Mass Update to make changes to multiple employees at once.

3) Employee Search is where you will select which employee profiles to update. Use the dropdowns to filter the list according to which employees you wish to update. Click the Advanced button to reveal additional filters.
Filtering is optional; if you wish to view all employees, do not apply any filters.
4) Click the Fetch button to populate the list.

7) Mark the checkbox next to the fields(s) you want to update for the selected employees.
8) Use the dropdown below each selected field to choose a different policy. | ![]() |
To remove/unassign a policy from the selected employees upon update, choose --Select-- from the dropdown. | ![]() |
9) Click the Update button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes(s).
10) A message will appear at the top of the page confirming that you want to apply the changes. Click OK to confirm.
11) Changes can be applied to the Current Pay Period, or a Custom Date can be chosen.
Select a timeframe and then click the Update button.
Timecards will recalculate based on the changes made.
