This article explains how to punch in and out using web clock.


1) In a web browser, go to the Timerack login page. 

2) Select the Employee login type.

3) Enter the email address and password associated with your Timerack account.

4) Click Login.
If your account (email and password) is linked to multiple companies, a page will display with your available options. 

Click on the company you want to log in to.
To switch companies after logging in, click on the account icon in the upper right and then click Switch Client Profile.
5) Select Web Punch on the left navigation menu.


6)  Depending on your company’s settings, you may be able to use dropdown menus to choose a Pay Category, Assignment, or other items such as Location, Department, and/or Job.

7) Depending on your company’s settings, you may be able to send a note to your manager when you punch.

8) Click the applicable button to punch. Depending on your company’s settings, lunch buttons may not be available. 


9) A pop-up will display. Click OK to submit your punch.


A message will display near the top of the page that your punch has been accepted.
